Unprofessional Behaviour

Good DAY<br> <br> Please be advised I received call from your company on Friday 04/03/2016. Agent called me from the call centre rude. cannot pronounce my name , laughing and speaking on the call. I asked to advise her name and where she calling from did not want to provide her details. She was very unprofessional this is not the first time, always received rude calls from your call centre, how are the trained. Called the number back and advised it was the Sheet street group.<br> <br> Call received between 6.30 and 7.30 03/03/2016, Please pull the call and advise.
