Unhappy customer
Good day, I'm olivia Jacobs. I've got a little problem with sheet street. Sheet street says there books closes on the 7th of each month for making payments. On july 7th I paid my installment, and after that my account went into arrears, but every month i paid my full installment. When i contact customer care and query about my account that is in arrears then they say im one month behind that's not true. All I'm asking to please help me.
