twice swiped

Bought items on 30/7/16 card machine had a problem and after swiping my bank card 3 times transaction completed......money out of my account........only to have that same amount taken again 4 days later!!! Now go all the way to the branch only to be told i need to get a bank statement to prove it was taken twice, banks are closed due to the voting, so i go all the way back today 4/8/2016, and guess what nobody can help me, i am sent back to my bank to get them to reverse the amount, only to be told by my bank it not their problem but Sheet streets problem....back to sheet street, the staff have no clue what they are doing, they try phoning people nobody they are phoning answers the phone........after causing a huge disturbance in the shop i am told, their bank must first get the proof that that money was actually taken from my account before it will be given back to me......and that for all of R380 i spent 4 hours backward and forward between my bank and Sheet street.......incompitent staff who have no idea what to do have no idea what answers to give to customers, when i made my purchases the counter lady told me they are having problems with the bank machines that day and all their customers were having to be swiped twice.....if they knew there was a problem why didnt they get the bank in to check machines out??? they did not let me leave their store without paying, so why should i have to wait for all kinds of investigations before they give me back my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sheet street you wont see me again service sucks!!!!! Did get my money back into my account i think more because i was so, so angry!!!
