Total disgusting service from mr price group / Sheetstreet

I have app**** for a sheet street account and was declined. I have a mr price account which was granted to me 4 months ago with a credit limit of R 8000 my accoynts are all up to date never missed a payment or paid late. Jane Govender has opned this account stating on her e mail that i was a low risk customer. Today i was declined. Rude customer care agents when calling in. This is totaly unacceptable and a slap in my face as i considder myself being a loyal customer of mr price and my account up to date incl my other accounts and my credit cards. The customer service agents have no respect and are bluntly RUDE ! NO ASSISTANCE !!
