They dont pay attention to their packaging
Bought a fitted sheet for a king xl only to find a flat sheet in the packaging. Took it back to get the same size fitted sheet and we also double-checked that it was indeed a fitted sheet. When i got home the fitted sheet was for a double bed but the packaging said king xl. They also remove the angry emojis we leave on their facebook page and do not attend to the matter we tell them. Imagine having to drive to town twice for such.
