Terrible service given by the manager of Sheet Street Mall @ Carnival

I was at Sheet street Mall @ Carnival today and to say I was shocked is an understatement. There was a customer who was returning a duvet inner and was complaining about it and the attitude she received from the manager was appalling. The manager was arguing with the customer and practically telling her that she's lying, the inner isn't damaged but she washed it and damaged it herself. I felt so sorry for the cashier because she looked so uncomfortable with that altercation. It was bad, I'm not sure how many times that lady said she didn't wash it but she was repeatedly told she was lying. I won't be surprised if that customer never goes back to that branch again because I would feel the same way. I'm very disappointed, you just don't treat people that way let alone tell them they are lying in front of all those people. It was a fairly busy morning at that time. Wow I was quite shocked!!!
