Terrible service and no delivery feedback — orders *** and ***

I placed two orders with Sheet Street, order numbers *** and ***, totalling approximately R5,000. One of the orders was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and I was told by the call centre that it was out for delivery.

No delivery arrived, and there were no proper shipping updates. I phoned the helpdesk, only to be left hanging on the line with no response, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I contacted Sheet Street again and was told that they would revert with an ETA after checking with the courier. Four hours later, I still had no feedback, and by the end of another day I was still left with no delivery and no clear answer.

These items were intended as gifts, and I am leaving on holiday tomorrow, so I needed them urgently. Due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I will now have to purchase replacement gifts elsewhere and return both orders for a full refund.

This experience has reminded me why I stopped buying from Sheet Street years ago. Sadly, the customer service does not seem to have improved at all. I will not be purchasing from Sheet Street again.
