Terrible service

Do not use their online service.. I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND EXPECT A DELIVERY. I have been waiting for my order for weeks. Yesterday I got a call that they attempted to call me (WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM AND GOT LAME EXCUSES about my address not being correct on their side yet my confirmation email has the correct address), so Yesterday on the call the lady said the delivery will be made today. Still no show. I WONDER IF I'M EVEN GOING TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL OR MY MONEY BACK. Never again, not even physically because this is purely disrespectful
