Struggling to reopen my account
In 2019 I opened a sheet street account of which I paid well and on time
Late last year my contract at work expired, I paid off my account and closed it, now I'm employed again and I want to reopen my account I'm getting run-a rounds on how I first need to get paid, I advised the lady who assisted to confirm my employment .
I mean how can I pay off an account just to reopen it and be a bad debt.
