Street Sheet inefficiencies

I bought linen from them for a king size bed.. Some of the sheets don't fit even though they are marked King Size extra long. The duvet covers that are supposed to be King Size will fit a queen size bed Their markings are so messed up. The linen is really expensive and they have no ideatas to what fits and what doesn't. I am so angry and want to warn people not to buy their linen there. This company's buyer as far as I am concerned useless. There is no size checking and confirmation and they do not supply what we as consumers need. Is there any company's out there that are efficient enough to get the correct sizes specially for king size extra long duvet covers and linen and have stock that is marked correctly.
