Still no REFUND after 3 weeks!

I cancelled my order - *** on the 16th May and was told that my refund will be processed within 3-5 working days, needless to say I am still waiting on my refund. I have been dealing with Courtney Hutchinson who cannot seem to give me any proper answers as to what exactly the problem is. I must say, Sheet Street's financial/service department is extremely inefficient. A simple refund is taking more than 3 weeks because people simply don't care or actually are incapable of doing their jobs properly. I wont even bother going into more detail about what I have been dealing with because I simply don't have the time, but it's pretty shocking. I doubt that I will see my money any time soon. Nobody gets back to me, I have to send countless emails everyday only to get the same response or no response at all. I have given up, if you want to be ******* and keep my measly R400 then go ahead!
