Sthembele rude employee at sheet street commissioner

Very rude employee Sthembele at sheet street. I went to buy a face towel had 50rand cash. I grabbed the towel went to the till, the lady didnt greet me, her first word was ( WE DONT HAVE CHANGE ) I asked her does it mean i cant buy the towel, must i go outside and look for change or she will help me look for change...her response was (THEN WHY ARE YOU FIGHTING ME IF I TELL YOU I DONT HAVE CHANGE BECAUSE EVEN YOU GUYS AT THE BANK DONT WANT TO GIVE US CHANGE) She addressed me based on my work uniform, clearly if you dont have coins and small notes Sthembele will let u go. She showed no remorse..she doesnt care about sales. Worst part i asked her name she **** to me that she is Zinhle . I walked to her colleague who told me that her name is Sthembele. She violated the treating customer fairly policy
