No wonder they call sheet street **** street. On 22 Oct 2018 17:45 I went to open an account, I took 3 months payslips, 3 months bank statements and my ID. The lady naed Ingrid in Sasolburg, came to me while i was browsing through the shelfs said I shall recieve a sms on 23 Oct 2018 and I must ignore the part in the sms where I must fax my payslips, because she already faxed it and gave me back all my documentation. So 23.10.2018 i received an sms that read pending missing information, i gave them a call and they asked for my residential adress, even tough i stated clearly that my postal and residential adress is the same. So they fixed it and i received the sms that my application was sucessfull and i must fax the payslips, wich i ignored like the lady said i must. I went to the store on 23.10.2018 to collect my card and i was excited, i was planning to spend R4000 and they said sorry they didnt receive my payslips and my account is not approved and they didnt get the payslips faxed by sheet street...im very dissapointed by sheet street, i will never buy there ever again...
