Extremely poor service. I ordered two tablets to collect at Karaglen, they delivered one table only. Their call centre agents have the "I DONT CARE" attitude so is the people responding to emails. The shop assistants said they don't get involved with online orders and can't even give me a phone to call their head office and they also cannot call on my behalf while I was in the store. I want the two tables that I ordered and paid for or refund my money in full

If this is not resolved soon, I an going to lodge a formal complaint with the consumer ombudsman
