Sheet street valentine promotion ****

I made on online purchase on 13 Feb and wanted to track my order and it showed that I have no placed orders, yet I have proof of the order. I called their customer service on 16 Feb and spoke to Philile who was not able to see the online order but mentioned that the payment got 'stuck', yet the credit was deducted! She advised me that she will give me a call back in 3 hours but till date no one has called me. I am moving in my new place in the week and I do not have those curtains!! What do I hang on my windows???? Sheets??? Sheet street ****s customers with promotions but they cannot deliver their promise! I want the curtains because I paid for it!!!
