Sheet Street the Glen
Hello Peter, on the 24th May 2019 at about 18h00 pm. I got into the store doing my shopping with my daughter. I had a drink in my hand with other items in my hand. As I saw an item I have been looking for on my way to it I spilled a slush puppy by mistake and I apologise. I checked if I didn't mess up goods in the store and nothing was messed up. I was sorry it happened, I apologised so many times to all the ladies. I was deeply sorry and I meant it. Now after the incident I continued with my shopping. While I was shopping, one of ladies from the store approached me with a bucket and a mop that I must I go clean it. I was confused since I was deeply sorry and told them it wasn't my intension. I told the lady unfortunately I'm not going to do that. I asked her who said I should. She pointed at all the ladies and then I tod them I'm not going clean it. They started giving an attitude and shouting at me all of them and I then asked would they have said the same to a white person? I would like the store to take it up with the ladies and advise the outcome. I also took their pictures, telling them that I'm going to post this to the social medias. We still have a long way to go. If our fellow people are treating us like that and while spending our hard earned cash to the store. I'm really furious and disappointed to Sheet Street the Glen. Management of Sheet Street come back to me with a resolution. This is not on, is that what you teach them on trainings. Where is your customer services s****s that you teach them? Not a happy customer at all.
