SHEET STREET ONLINE WORST SERVICE EVER DONT ORDER ONLINE YOU WILL WAIT
Placed an order on 23/12/2025 online called the call centre on the 30th of december 2025 and spoke to Mohammed who said he will follow up the courier and call me back which didnt happen clearly he advised the order will take 3 to 7 days to deliver , today is the 02/01/2026 no order received or updated.Called call centre today 02/01/2026 spoke to someone who made me wait 20 minutes on the line and cut my call.Called back again and no one answers.I have proof where it states my order has left the store and is on its way but havent received it as yet.

08 Jan 2026, 16:24Spoke to Cordel this morning team leader for mr price who is handling my query she advised she spoke to the courier company manager who advised they will deliver my order today 08/01/2026 . now is currently 16:23pm no call from the driver doesnt look like i am getting my order today.Lets see when i call her tomorrow what excuse i will get then.
