Sheet Street Online Uncapable of Service Delivery

I am so disappointed in Sheet Street. I made an online order on 2 December. Up until today the order have not reached the store where I should be collecting. I am in total disbelief. Upon emailing them weekly for delivery updates they keep on saying its on its way. Yesterday I requested that my money be refunded now I have to wait for the couriers to send it back and only upon receiving it at the depot will they refund me. It was suppose to be my Christmas shopping ...I wanted that cushions to go with my furniture..and they cannot even deliver in 7days let aline 20 days time? Disgusted in this service really.
