Sheet street online sucks!!!!!!!!

Sheet street online is unless. Totally disappointment. I ordered 2 cup cake stands for my bridal shower which they said was in stock and I paided. Then I received and Email that 1 cup cake stand was out of stock and I'd be refunded but still have not been however the other one was out for delivery. After two days waiting for delivery I decided to go to the sheet street store but they informed me they are closing and therefore not accepting packages. So I had to phone in to found out where it was. For 2 days it's been with the courier company but No one called me to advise me to chance the pick up point location I had to call in and change it myself so unprofessional. But no I still haven't received my parcel I then called 2 days later to find out when it will be delivered and I was promise it's would be delivered that day. Still no package or email informing me to collect. I had to call now a third time and the lady put me on hold for 30 mins without helping me then hung up ... Please save your airtime and money! don't order online!!!!
