Sheet street online purchase is just horrible. Bad service

I'm a frequent customer and usually do in-store purchasing and just this one time I bought online and just few items and it's like I bought in December or bought custom made bath towels, cause that's all I bought 5 bath towels on the 3rd of Jan and I only got 1 follow up text and when I talk to customer care on what'sapp the courier company they gave link on does not recognize my order number or tracking number and I regret buying online and what a horrible service. I paid and I'm not even updated 7days later.
