sheet street online delivery will happen eventually!!!!

Sheet Street online customer service has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 31 Oct, delivery lead times are 4 to 7 working days. This is a gift so all works for me. Today is WD6, I send an enquiry about order as has been radio silence since order placed and paid for. Response: printers at store are down, be patient it will come eventually. The whole system is ticket based with ticket being closed and me re-opening it. Until I get an answer as to when order is arriving, so that I can get another gift if this does not arrive this week, this ticket is not closed. what a terrible customer experience this has been.
