I have complained many times in the past about poor service delivery so only fair to let people know also of excellent service delivery . I ordered 4 plain Voile Eyelet Sheer Curtains at the online store . Order number was *** . I made immediate payment on the 11th November 2022 and then wondered what was was going to go wrong as all the stories you read about online sales are usually negative . Not so with Sheet Street Galleria , Amanzimtoti KZN branch . I was kept informed of the status of order at all times by SPHEWA SANE the customer support Rep . It was an absolute pleasure to recieve my goods 5 days later as i had ordered . I wish there were more people interested in the customer as SPHEWA is . Great service and thank you .
