Sheet Street gift voucher declined

<p>On Friday 11 November my wife bought a gift voucher at Sheet Street Newcastle for my son's girl friend's birthday. When she want to use it today (16 November) at Sheet Street in Menlyn mall (Pta) the gift voucher was not accepted. My wife called customer care at Sheet Street for assistance. She was advised to return the gift voucher to Sheet Street in Newcastle. Really, do Sheet Street expect us to collect the gift voucher from Pretoria and then return it to Newcastle for correction? Surely there must be a more professional way to deal with this. And imagine the lady's disappointment when she want to pay for her purchase with the gift voucher and it was declined.
