Sheet street doesn’t know what a customer is

Good afternoon I have a problem with sheet Street head office, my account is in good condition but they have listed me on creditors now banks are now refusing to help me with a credit please intervene. Even today went to dealership that sold a car to me cause the car is giving me problems now I want to change it when they get into the system Sheetstreet appears says I’m on credit bereau and the account is not owed being paid well. One mistake I have never received any call asking why you paid R200 not R320 some stores does call but Sheetstreet doesn’t call they put you in credit bearuae with immediate effect
