Sheet Street Dobsonville

On the 01 January 2020 Time on the slip: 14:32:05 was as Sheet Street to purchase a towel. I first opened up one that is grey in colour and then decided to opt for the red. As I was about to reach out for the red one, a lady who worked there screamed from the middle of the store...saying "Sisi are you going to that towel". That is no manner to speak to a customer. Sheet Street needs to take this lady for customer service training. When I asked her why she is screaming at me, she said she is the only one in the store...which I did not see how that was my problem. The store manager needs to address her manners, approach with this lady. Even her tone and the look that she gave me was very rude and insulting.
