Sheet Street Balfour Mall Stuff are A Hot Mess

The ladies seemed to be very confused about operating the system and not interested in finding a solution to my request. I came in looking for a reprint because I had misplaced the slip and I need it for work. Firstly, they said they couldn't assist if I can't remember the exact time of purchase because looking through the sales they made on the day would be too tiresome for them. One eventually left to have tea and I was left with one that attempted to assist but ultimately gave up and told me Sheet Street does not do reprints, their system does not allow it.
