Sheet street

What happened to me today was so unbelievable they way they treat me today at sheet street trade route was so unprofessional. A brought a bed in a bag from them atthat tym it's on promo, outside it's written double bed so I buy it's when I put it in the bed it doesn't fit so I took its back for exchange the manager told me that i must top up. Nd I asked who can I top up bcuz this is not my fault she started shouting. I call their head office the person who was helping me was rude as well. So this is how they treat their customer's they don't have customer care
