Rude sales person

Visited sheet street standerton today...the lady was very rude.i told her am looking for 100% cotton fitted sheet bcos the other sheets are nt good for me...she told me i should go to Edgars,,,those who wants to buy here thy would buy....i wonder how you train your staff.i wasnt expecting this respond from her....instead of giving me better option.no wonder why that store is alwys empty
