rude employees

I opened an account on-line, got an approval and was sent and sms saying I should go collect my card from the store. I go there on Friday and they have no cards in store. So I phoned them Today and they say they have cards and when I get there they say they don't have any. I walk into the shop and don't get greeted by anyone. Its as though I'm invisible. I have the cashier chewing gum as though she's a *** chewing on grass while talking to me. They are absolutely pathetic. I wonder what those people even get paid for!!!!
