Rude Consultants Especially Ladies.

I received a call form the consultant she told me to pay my arrears amount advised her that wont be able to pay the full amount will pay the normal installment but will make it extra because i tried cancelling the insurances because they are the ones putting me in arrears she told me i cannot cancel those insurances they are compulsory i told her but how because these a cancellation form she told she i cant i will pay them that lady was so RUDE i cant take it anymore i want to settle the full balance an close the account poor services bad customer service i cant take it anymore i will never advise people to open that account.
