Rude collection agent

I just received a call from Mr price collection, who was rude and didnt know what she was talking about. Mr Price if you sending your agents to contact us please make sure they know what they taking about. Whether our accounts are in arrears or not doesn't mean we shouldn't be valued as customers. She even failed to answer my questions because i required answers ended up dropping the call on me. Rude, lack soft skills, lack product knowledge basically lacks everything I regret taking out an account with Mr price everyday!!!
