WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET THESE CONTACT CENTER AGENTS!??

Are u guys forcing people to come to work or something?? Ive never been harassed, "assisted"buy a rude call center like your people sheet street.

I work for a call center but this?? this is nonsense, worse part i was in the store and they phoned on my behalf, waited for an hour for a response from this rude lady Lerato when i lost my card on the 12/05/2018 sheet street Centre walk pretoria cbd, the store lady even commented on how rude your contact center people are!

I cant wait to pay everything off and cancel this account!
