Ridiculous that I have to wait for 3 weeks!!!!!

I ordered 2 scatter cushions online - delivery time according to their T&C's would be 7-10days. Now almost 3 weeks later I am still no closer to finding my parcel. I have followed up with Sheet Street 4 times now, and each time they are trying to locate the Courier who is supposed to deliver my parcel.<br> <br> I had to pay upfront before they would even process my order, now, 3 weeks later I still dont have my cushions, and my parcel tracking number has not changed in 2 weeks...<br> <br> Where the hell is my parcel? I would much rather cancel my order now, as this is ridiculous!! I want my money back - and never again will I support Sheet Street or recommend them to anybody. <br> <br>
