RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Today I made a purchase at your Malmesbury branch for R779.84.I bought curtains and when I got home the cream colour curtains had a blue stain on.I phone the store and asked if it can be exchanged and the lady said yes.It was not even one hour and I send my brother with the item the slip and the card but the manager don't want to exchange it because I must do it myself.I live 10 kms away from the store and it's raining outside.I'm using public transport.Other times my sister exchange my things without myself being present. It was done in the past why not now.Ur items was stained I didn't do it myself and it was exchange for the same.Please adapt your exchange policy because there is no where it shows that the account holder should be present or clearly the manager just don't want to assist
