Queen of Customer Service - Noxolo - Mall of Africa Sheet Street
I received such incredible customer service from Noxolo at the Mall of Africa Sheet Street branch on 10 June 2024. From the moment I walked through the door, she gave me her undivided attention, with a warm smile on her face, and helped me find what I was looking for. She also proactively pre-empted what else I might need based on the items I was looking at, which saved me a lot of time. She honestly made my day
