Quality of product purchased.

I am extremely disappointed with an embossed quilt I purchased from a Sheet Street branch in Pretoria in September 2023. Due to renovations at my home I only started using it in November 2023. When I took it out of the packaging it was perfect with no indication of defects. (I have bought similar quilts from Sheet Street before and they are as beautiful as ever). I then went on leave and only returned in January 2024. To my dismay, over the past month, I have observed that the embossing of the quilt is disappearing rapidly, particularly in one area, with indications of similar issues emerging in other sections. It is crucial to note that this quilt has not even been washed since its purchase. Upon contacting customer service, I was advised to return the quilt to the store of purchase for further assessment by their quality department. Regrettably, I am a pensioner and reside in eMalahleni (Witbank), which presents significant logistical and financial challenges in traveling to Pretoria or arranging courier services for this purpose. However, the customer care consultant was adamant that she could not assist in any other way.
