Purchase refund still outstanding

On Friday 30/03/2018 I returned an item to their store in Shelly Beach (10:26) I was told that the refund will take about 24 hours and my bank account will be credit with the amount. Tax credit note No: ***, amount R149.99. Today is the 11th of the month and my refund has still not been done. I found this totally unacceptable. In addition I contracted the store on Saturday and was then told a refund takes 7 days, really. They got their payment same day from my account but want to take 7 days to refund me. Wonder what the National Credit regulator will have to say on this one? Needless to say it's already 12 days later, 30/03 to 11/04 - and still not refund.
