PROTECTION PLAN IS WORTHLESS!!!!!

I am a housewife the branch where I opened the account told me if I get a allowance from my husband it is fine and if he stops giving me a allowance the only thing they need from me is a letter stating I am no longer getting a allowance from my husband.. I have this account for 14 years now never missed a payment and paid the PROTECTION PLAN. My husband was one of 400 staff members that Eskom decided to end their contracts, but according to the company it is end of contract, I sent head office emails asking what is the procedures to have the protection plan pay off this account, they never rep**** so I went to three rivers branch and the lady phoned head office only to tell me the protection plan is only for retrenchment, death and permanent disability, the only work a person can get now is contract work so why do they offer protection plan if it's only for retrenchment, there should be a law for companies to explain the protection plan to customers, now I am stuck with a account I CANNOT pay.
