Prescription Act - If my name is NOT cleared I will take further action!!!

<p>Dear African Bank,</p> <p>As a South African Citizen with the full right to apply my legal rights of the Prescription Act as you would know as an authorized financial services and credit provider FSP31450 and NCRCP46 that now being much more than 3 years of being harassed by Sheet Street yet I do not acknowledge debt to be paid by me to your institution whatsoever.
