Poorly made items

I bought a pair of shoes some time ago. Tried on one pair and took another of the same style. It took me a while before u decided to wear the shoes. Only to realise that there was some factory fault with it. The back band of the shoe (block heel sandals) are actually a full size out of place, and it's not stretch material at all.

Case in point, can Mr Price please do some due diligence on their products, especially their shoes. I'm sitting with a pair of brand new shoes that still has it's price on that I will never be able to wear, and I can't give it away as well, as it looks bad.

Hopefully nobody will ever have to buy a pair of poorly made shoes from your company.
