Poor service and feedback after a quality complain was logged

I bought a winter bale set for my double bed. What a dissapointment. The first night I put it on my bed it did not fit my bed and the one corner of the fitted sheet torn apart very badly. You can see it's poor quality material used. I've got an account with them paid up but bought this cash. Still have the slip. I've already tried to complaint on their website but no reaction received. I'm going to close my account. Poor service. Staff not very helpful and friendly either. When the shop opened I was the first customer that bought from this store. Never again.
