Poor service

<p>Sheet Street Mall@Reds had the worst service ever!!!!! Not even to mention the rude and unprofessional staff. I was in store to buy a Duvet Cover today around 14:00.there was a Size Double on the Shelf. I took the Double and requested that they please check if their is a queen Size in another branch as I am looking for a Double and a Queen. The assistant just shecked the shelf and told me no stock, I asked again to please check on their system for stock in other branches. They phoned Centurion Mall, which apperently also does not have stock. She told me that she only asked for stores around Centurion. She did not even attempt to ask me if I am willing to buy at any branch which might have stock...... When I asked her for the double I just gave her to check stock so I can purchase it, she advised me that she just sold it to another customer. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU SELL A PRODUCT I WANT AND HAD FIRST TO ANTOHER CUSTOMER AFTER I HAD IT FIRST????????????</p>
