Poor service

<p>End off july i paid up my moms account at the store and tried to close the account and i was told since the account is not in my name she must come and sign the forms to close the account off which is understandable. And during that week she cm to close the account. By the end of august she got an sms sayng she must pay her account is in due, when she went to the shop she was told its money for insurance off which she never knew she has, fine she paid that money and filled another form again to close the account. 17 october she received a sms sayng her form has been received and her account will be closed. On the 19th october she received another sms saying she must pay R192. 00 for insurance and when i called the guy said its the store that did not send the forms in time the is nothing they can do i must pay this amount to avoid her account to be in arrears. Please help cause it seams like i keep on paying after i paid the full outstanding amount endboff july</p>
