Poor Service

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with your service at Mr Price: 339 Ceres, 3 Voortrekker Street, Ceres, 6835. On 25/04/2019 I bought two pair of boots and within 1 month and 2 weeks it broke. On waring it for about four times the buckle of the boot broke. On returning to the store to explain the issue the store Manager: Husain Hendricks did not assist me at all. I explained to them that the boots were only in use a few times within the 30 day returning period and it broke a few days after that timeframe. My issue is the quality of your product and why it can’t be returned because, now it comes across that the product only last for 30 days. How can a pair of boots that is supposed to last an entire winter only last for 30 days and I can’t return them once they have broken???

I have been a regular client of your business but now I am completely disappointed in their services. On returning to the store I explained that I no longer have the proof of purchase and after they checked their system to confirm the boots were bought they still did not assist. I am truly disappointed in the service and quality of your products and hope this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
