Poor service

I visited sheet street store in Westgate mall today. All i wanted was to buy bedding as a present for my friend but what a poor service i received from a floor assistant lady. She just stood there with her make up seeing that I needed assistant. Just because I unpacked one of the duvet covers so that I could see cut, wether small or big. I then reported her to a so called manager who was ******** herself and just said she'll speak to her but she didn't even see the lady I was complaining about.
