Poor response

I need to understand why Sheet Street allowed purchases to be made on my account without my knowledge, signature and permission. I find this to be negligent and reckless. Now I am the victim of ***** and Mr. Price's frivolous and vexatious actions has now made it very difficult for me to apply for a bond. It has been 3 weeks since I logged a dispute and nobody has made an effort to contact me.
