Poor quality of products

05/12/18 - Reference ********** - posted a complained regarding poor quality of duvet cover and pillow case that had pulled apart at the seams. 31/01/19 - almost two months later - received an email from Berlin Daniels who advised matter had been escalated to relevant department - to date, almost 4 months later, no response received. March 2019 - bought a "bed in a bag" set - after three washes the fabric has already started to form "*****" on the duvet as well as the fitted sheet. One pillow case is already pulling loose at the seam. Pres-stud on bottom of duvet has pulled through the fabric and made a hole in the fabric. 25/03/19 - bought two café style curtains. Can't use the one as the curtain has been sewn over the curtain tape so you cannot even pull the string to gather it, utterly useless curtain! Shame on you Sheet Street, your quality of products is non existent, just like your customer service. Even a queen size mattress protector did not fit our bed and had to be returned! What is happening, you are all quick to take our money but never quick to reply to our queries and concerns. It may not be a fortune to Sheet Street, but to me it's a considerable amount of money that I would have rather spent at another store to get better quality products. Duvets that are less than a month old look like they are 2 years old already - disgusting!!
