Poor on line service.

I bought on line on the 28 November 2019,through their app,and when I called for a follow up a lady by the name of Nompilo asked for my details email,last 6 digits of my card and the first 6 and she told she is taking the quirie for escalation and told me she will get back to me within 24 hours which never happened on Thursday I phoned again I was told a different version that my payment is not reflecting and Nompilo was not at work and told the lady about what Nompilo said and I told her that I have a proof on my side that the amount of 184.99 have been debited,she send me an email,and she said I should send a proof until today the 08th December 19 nothing is happening and I'm very much disappointed at Mr price because is for the second time I lost my money like that.
