Poor customer service - Sheet street Tokai

Service at the Tokai branch in Cape Town is terrible. I have tried to contact the area manager as well, but no response to emails regarding my query. The store sold my lay bye items before the actual expired date. Nobody is able to assist or take responsibility and the help center says the branch manager is the highest power to liase with. It's truly pathetic.
