Poor Customer service

I went to shop a battler tray. They didn't have the colour I wanted, I asked them if they can call another branch they said they can't they weren't helpful at all and very rude. Some customers had to wait outside since staff was moping the floor no decency to apologise instead they said it's their knock off time whilst the store was still open. Prior leaving the shop I asked why their customer service is so poor and they asked me if I expected them to leave everything and tend to me, the other employee even said I must move because she wanted to finish moping. They all didn't have their name tags on! I requested to speak to their manager they said the manage is gone and refused to give their names.
